To manage an exchange or return, you have to keep in mind:


Request it within 30 days from when the product was received. The product must come in perfect condition, with its original packaging, label, unused, without stains or perfume smell. You can make the exchange ONLY for a product from the same collection. You can only make 1 change (Art.21, law 19,496).


In the case of “Withdrawal” , you can request it within the next 10 days from when the withdrawal notification was received. In case of "Shipping" , request it within the next 10 days from when the product was received (Art.21, law 19,496)
  • All shipping costs for the exchange and return of products are assumed entirely by the customer. In the event that a customer requests the withdrawal of a product due to regret over the purchase, the withdrawal costs will also be borne by the customer and the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • The only costs associated with the return are return shipping + $3,000 (associated with order preparation costs).
  • It is also an essential requirement for the client to possess and send the sales receipt corresponding to the product.
  • The sale will be canceled and/or the money will be returned within 15 business days after receiving and verifying the condition of the products. If you paid with a transfer, the refund is with a transfer to the same account, if you paid with a credit card it is returned to your same credit card and if you paid with a debit card the refund is made to your Mercadopago account, if you do not have one you must create one.
  • If the products purchased by the customer at the time of delivery present damage such as broken seals or boxes, the delivery must be rejected. Once received, no changes will be accepted for these concepts.
  • Custom products that are made exclusively for a customer cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Exchanges and returns are not valid for the same sku (same color and size).
  • Lost returns are not the responsibility of Rossamola. We recommend using a trackable return shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered to our warehouse.
  • DISCOUNTED products DO NOT have exchanges or returns, unless you want a size change.
  • You cannot exchange or return HANDKERCHIEFS AND SHIRT for reasons of hygiene and skin care.


All warranties we apply are for manufacturing defects.

In the event of a manufacturing defect in the purchased product, within the first 3 months following receipt, the customer will have the right to one of the following alternatives determined by the company:

  • Free product repair.
  • Replacement or change.
  • Refund of money.

Upon making the warranty effective, the product could be sent to Technical Service to certify that its failure or defect is covered by the legal warranty according to the consumer protection law. This could take a few days.
